Shusha's revival is happening before our eyes. Roads and housing are being built, monuments restored and festivals held, drawing guests from across the country.

In Shusha mosques, palatial houses and museums are being restored, roads are laid, and the city is prepared for the return of its residents. Many monuments have already regained their historical look.
The renovated Vagif mausoleum has opened, the Qarabağ hotel is being restored, and step by step the streets of the old city come back to life.

The Kharibulbul music festival is again held on the Jidir Plain, and the Vagif Poetry Days take place in the city. Music and poetry sound once more where they were born.
As a cultural capital, Shusha is becoming an important centre not only for Azerbaijan but for the whole Caucasus.
